Cancellation Policy
In the case of missing your appointment or canceling within 24 hrs of the scheduled appointment, you will be imposed a fee worth 50% of the missed service. Frequent missed appointments equal being fired from the salon.
If you are 15 minutes late, you will be asked reschedule your appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
